My download link expired. What do I do?
For your safety and privacy, compressed file links are only valid for 5 minutes after processing. Simply upload your file again.
An error occurred. What now?
Sometimes a PDF can't be compressed because it's password-protected, corrupted, or saved in an uncommon format. Large scanned documents with zero text layers can also fail.
