TinyPDF is a lightweight web tool built for one purpose—helping you shrink bulky PDF files so they’re easier to store, send, and share. We launched in 2025 after running into the same frustration you probably have now: email attachments bouncing back, upload limits ruining deadlines, and generic “compressors” that slapped watermarks on every page.

Who’s behind it?
TinyPDF is an independent project maintained by a small team of developers and security engineers based in Amsterdam, Netherlands and Atlanta, GA (USA). We believe in building useful, private, and straightforward tools. We self-fund the project and keep the lights on via unobtrusive ads—there’s no venture capital pushing us to harvest or sell your data.
